I was up with the sunrise on a walk capturing the beauty of the morning. This is another flowering bush that is blooming in my front yard.
By the way, this is a Forsythia, according to my Master Gardener friend. :)

Wow!!! Carol, this is stunning. I love the tone on tone nature of it, with the lighting and the clarity/depth of field just perfect. What a great morning light shot.
I love how the light filters through in this shot. We have a forsythia bush growing by our porch but it won't bloom for at least a few more weeks, I think.
Beautiful, the quality of light is wonderful in this shot.
Oh gorgeous LIGHT!! So warm! Like sleepy sunbeams.
Your flowers are amazing! But even more, your photography is out of this world.
I love the light all around it, so pretty!
I totally agree with Julie! The flowers are pretty, but your photographs of them are amazing. You are capturing the light and the feel so well, it is like I am right there.
You've captured such warmth and beauty in this photo, Carol. I'd say you've learned how the use that new camera just fine! Great job!
Oh.My.Goodness.
I love the golden light coming through. You have had some beautiful nature shots of late. Did I mention that I want to live in your town? ;-)
Susan
I love the colors and the light. Very nice capture!
Beautiful use of light and depth of focus. Lovely.
Just amazing. You are doing so well with that new camera. You should definitely get prints and frame your flower shots.
