Carol, I don't know why it is not wider. I just used a regular photo in the landscape orientation.
Is that photo cropped?
Did you set the width to 800, like in the example code I gave you?

Oh, perhaps this has something to do with flickr sizing the photos?
For example when I click on a photo to it's url on flickr it is not full size, whereas on photobucket (what I use) it is full size.
Oh, so pretty! I love the color.
Such a lovely iris -- I've never seen one in those colors before.
I've never seen one in that color either! The previous owner planted flowers that were common but in different colors than usual. I love that!
