Three delightful hours to drink in delicious fellowship with Lisa over blackcurrant tea. So peaceful to be upstairs with this safe friend while our kids created quite the opposite atmosphere downstairs:
Ampersand - Blissfully sipping! They have been playing together for many years. So, we are used to the background noise. Plus, our basement is close enough to be able to hear anything alarming, but far enough to not bother us.
Love the contrast! Maybe after I get over the obsession of one picture per day, I'll learn to be so creative. :) LOL Glad you (and the kids) had a great time. :)
The colors in your tea pot and cups are so nice! Looks very inviting.
(Katrina---I followed Rachel's lead and post my "extra" photos on Flickr. I have a link on my blog so anyone interested can look, but mostly it is for me!)

Hey, that looks like my living room!
Your pictures really demonstate the contrast - the teapot picture is so neat and proper while the second shot shows disorder and well, chaos. ;-)
I like your title too.
LOVE this! totally captures the event.
Yeah, ditto what Julie said!
Could you guys hear all that chaos being created downstairs? Did you just blissfully sip and ignore :-)?

What great pics!
I miss having little ones that created that kind of havoc...but I don't really miss the messes! LOL!
