Good choice for the day.
I've learned so much I didn't know about Ford since his death. It's a shame we don't laud people more when they're alive.
Yes, he really was a great man. I wonder if he would have been a better choice than Carter or whether his strength was that he caused there to be stability for the country until the next president.
I wish I had thought to turn the TV on yesterday! I missed it all . . . and so did my kids. :(

I don't know if you get C-Span, but they will be showing the funeral all week long.
I missed it all too. My kids and I watched every bit of the Reagan funeral. I just didn't pay attention to when this one was scheduled. It's good to know about the CNN option. I'll have to check it out.
