109 - County Courthouse at 11 p.m.

I went to see "My Fair Lady" at the Majestic Theatre tonight, and I didn't get out until almost 11 p.m. As I was walking to my car, I saw the courthouse with its night lights glowing, and I had to get a picture. The moon looked really neat alongside it, but I couldn't get it in the picture.

I have been up since 5:30 a.m. and have gone all day long. I am ready for bed!

Stunning! You really did a great job with this night picture. Did you use a tripod?

No, I didn't use a tripod. This camera has "image stabilization," but it doesn't work for vertical shots. I think this one just takes better low-light pictures. I would have needed a tripod for my D-80 for sure.

Now, if I could just figure out the macro on this new camera. I know I can do it after looking at Nikki's last pictre because I have the same camera!

Beautiful!!!! What a great night shot. I love the contrast between dark and light - the dark sky and the white building. It's a lovely building - love the architecture and the clock in the tower. What's shiny and gold down at the bottom?

I think it is the light to the basement entrance that is shiny and gold. My dh noticed that too and liked it.

Thanks for the compliment!

I love the crispness of this picture! Beautiful! The building almost looks a bit lighting with this nightime light.

Wow -- I absolutely love, love this! The lighting on the white building, the gorgeous architecture, the night sky -- all come together to create a perfect shot!

The building has a lot of character! It looks almost regal in this shot from this angle.

This is a beautiful picture, the courthouse looks almost eerie in the night light.
