My back totally blew out on December 18th, a month after my surgery. It was destined to give way under the uneven walking from the boot, lack of exercise, torque during therapy, etc.

These girls cheered me up as I lay in bed!

This really helped. Sadly though, it contributed to my back blowout because of having to torque my back for 40 minutes while she did the treatments!
